CNC Automat Micro/Swiss
CNC Swiss lathe processing is a high-precision and high-efficiency CNC processing technology, mainly used for the processing of precision shaft parts. The following is a detailed introduction:
Working principle
The Swiss lathe feeds the bar from the rear end of the spindle, the spindle drives the bar to rotate, and the tool performs feeding motion under the control of the CNC system to cut the bar, thereby realizing the precision processing of parts.
Processing characteristics
- High precision: Swiss lathes use high-precision CNC systems and transmission components to achieve high-precision processing. Its processing accuracy can usually reach ±0.01mm or even higher.
- High efficiency: Swiss lathes can perform multi-axis linkage processing at the same time, reducing processing procedures and auxiliary time, and improving processing efficiency. Its processing efficiency is usually several times higher than that of traditional CNC lathes.
- High flexibility: Swiss lathes can realize the processing of parts of different shapes and sizes through programming, and have high flexibility.
